How to become a Member of NACHIKETA BOOK CLUB

Pay Rs. 2,000.00 under the NACHIKETA BOOK CLUB Scheme, along with fully filled Membership Form, which is fully refundable after 5 years.

Also facility to pay Rs. 2,000.00 in instalments of Rs. 1,000.00/500.00. Membership will be given and you become eligible to avail the facilities under the scheme from the date of paying the last instalment.

At the end of 5 years, the Rs. 2,000.00 paid earlier will be refunded through a draft or you can purchase books worth Rs. 2,500.00. Also you can renew membership for another 5 years by informing us in writing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The amount of Rs. 2,000.00 may be paid fully or in instalments of 1,00.00/500.00 directly at office of KVRF PUBLICATION or can be sent to the office as Money Order/ Demand Draft/ Cheque. Membership is subject to paying all the instalments.

2. For outstation cheques a collection charge of Rs. 40.00/ should be added to the amount and sent.

3. Membership card will be issued subject to realisation in case of cheque.

4. A Deposit Receipt and Membership Card signed by responsible officials of KVRF PUBLICATION will be sent to you. The Receipt and Card should be kept in safe custody and should be presented at the time of purchasing books for availing facilities under the scheme. In the event of loss of membership card, a duplicate card will be issued on payment of Rs. 40.00. Nobody other than KVRF PUBLICATION is authorised to receive payment and issue receipt/card. Please collect temporary receipt when handing over membership money to authorised agents. The Receipt and Membership Card will be sent to you within 15 days of payment. Please contact with office of KVRF PUBLICATION if Receipt/ Card is not received within 15 days.

5. 5 years is the tenure of membership in the book club.

6. At the end of 5 years, the Rs. 2,000.00 paid earlier will be refunded through a draft or you can purchase books worth Rs. 2,500.00. Also you can renew membership for another 5 years by informing us in writing.

7. A member not collecting the free books yearly may collect books at the end of five years.

8. In future letters and communications Membership No: should be indicated.

9. The Jurisdiction for any legal action in relation to NACHIKETA BOOK CLUB SCHEME will be CALICUT, KERALA.
